We started Industry Solutions in 2014 because the consulting industry had a problem: too many slide decks, too few outcomes. A decade later we're still focused on the work that actually moves businesses forward.

Our story

Industry Solutions was founded by a small group of operators who'd spent their careers running sales, marketing, finance, and HR functions inside high-growth companies. After years of being on the receiving end of consulting engagements that didn't quite land, they decided to build the firm they wished they had hired.

Today, our team of 28 advisors works with clients across SaaS, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, financial services, and retail. We're headquartered in Chicago with practitioners in Austin, Denver, Toronto, and Atlanta.

We're proudly independent, which means our advice isn't tied to any particular vendor or platform. We recommend what works for your situation — even if that means doing nothing.
